Kailua-Kona View Lots for Sale

Sure was a beautiful day in Kailua-Kona today.  Had a great day showing some very nice properties.   We took a look at lots after focusing at homes earlier.  There definitely are some very fine lots out there with beautiful views.  Lots are starting to be attractive again with the rising home prices and decreasing inventory of quality homes with good views.  You can once again find financing; the best terms right now are thru Hawaii Community Credit Union.

Discovered a sweet little neighborhood tucked up high…not too high…not too low…just the right elevation on the slopes of Hualalai.  It’s so sweet, they named the street Sugar Cane Lane.  These terraced and graded lots range between 19,000+ and 21,000 square feet in size.  They are priced from $240,000 to $289,000.  Not only are their views impressive, but several lots are lucky enough to have mature shady Monkey Pod Trees. Have to say mahalo to this developer for not clear cutting the trees as so many others do. The CC&Rs are protective, not preventative.  Nice!

The first phase of this neighborhood sold out quickly.  Call soon if you are interested, they really will not be on the market long.  If its time to make a move, the time is now to move on these.  There are some other gems we can talk about too.  Land is looking better and better every day!   In every way!
